Approx 8.75 x 11.25 x 1.5 inches 1100 pages including index Cover: corners are worn and the overall face is only slightly worn, but the color is good and the gold foil looks GREAT! Note that the front cover and spine are separated from the body. Spine: wear and tears at the top and bottom and the spine has completely separated from the front of the body and it held on by that backside of the inside body. Inside: writing/dedication on the 2nd blank page and there is some inexplicable water staining RANDOMLY at the top of the first 500 pages . . . randomly as in one page will have staining, BUT NOT ON THE PAGE BEFORE OR AFTER.
