Description: A very interesting and distressed complementary pair of mid-century modern metal on wood moody wall decor. Art depicts a batch of sea oats and cat tails with seagulls in the distance. The pieces are made from what appears as brazed thin metal sheets of brass with copper rods soldered or brazed on. The heat signature in the metal is present giving the pieces a very brutalist vibe. Pieces measure 18” high by 8” wide. Wall mounted bracket on the rear. Overall condition is fair with the pressed particle like wood backing showing significant patina and wear. It does add to the gloomy look though I must say. The metal is wrinkled in some spots and tarnish however this also adds to the mood. Either way please check over the pictures well for the condition!
