It was rented and then purchased 3 months later, but we are selling house and moving to one level townhome, so we are selling it.-This comes with 2 remote controls.-We have had it completely checked out and renovated before we purchased it in May 2024 in preparation for using it, but now it is not needed.-This comes with 2 remote controls.
