It has bird and dot cutouts pierced in sheet iron with a twisted iron beam hanger secured wit a bent nail loop. The lamp measures about 8 inches tall, about 3 inches wide, and about the hanger about 4 3/4 inches long. It is in good condition with some surface oxidation.
