We only offer Media Mail in the U.S. so if you need Priority or Express let us know BEFORE purchasing an item and we can add those services to the listing. Thank you for your understanding. Rates for overseas seem to change often and sporadically depending on country. All items are mailed via media mail in the U.S. and rates are $3.50 for the first 7" and then .25 each thereafter. International packages are mailed via First Class Mail or Priority/Express depending on the weight and value of the item.
