Description: Came with Celica Turbo All-Trac when I bought it several years ago. Not sure if the previous owner had it installed but it does look used and there is some paint/chrome rubber off from where it was probably rubbing against a large rubber hose. Other than the cosmetic issues, can't see any major damage on the outside. Unaware of operation or performance, unit is untested. Please review photos and ask questions.
