We cannot process our order to Hawaii, Alaska or APO/FPO Box address. For item weight is less than 150lb, we usually ship item through FedEx or UPS and the handle time would within 1-business days. A tracking information will be available online once the shipment clears. It usually takes 4-5 business days to arrive. If you need any expedite shipping, please contact us first and we can make sure that we will offer the best shipping option for you. For item weight that is beyond 150lb, we will utilize truck freight shipping. The item will ship via central transport to your address. A phone number is required for Freight shipped items. Freight shipped items must be signed for and you will be responsible to assist in the unloading of merchandise from the truck bed. For an additional fee (charged by the carrier, not Kaka), trucks with lift-gates can be arranged to move your products from the bed of the truck to the ground, at that point it will be up to you to move the product. The shipping carrier will call and schedule delivery, at which time, you may request a lift-gate and arrange payment with the carrier for that service. The usual delivery time for truck shipping is approximately 3-7 business days and we do not ship items on weekends or holidays. Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days of arrival of your product. We will charge 15% re-stock fees for the return.
