Delivery Times Please be aware that the post office are extremely incompetent. UK items should be delivered in 1-2 days but it is possible for them to take longer. We will consider an item lost after 14 days and replace or refund at this point. International items should be delivered in 5-7 days but it is possible for them to take up to 28 days, we really don't understand why. We will consider and item lost after 28 days and replace or refund at this point. If you are concerned please purchase the tracked option Special Delivery/International Tracked. We have never (fingers crossed) had an item get lost using these two methods. Returns Incorrect or Damaged Goods: We try our hardest not to make mistakes but we're only human and occasionally mistakes do happen.
