MULBERRY Alexa black leather crossbody satchel messenger BAG w/DIY repairs

Description: BRAND: Mulberry DESCRIPTION: Full grain pebbled leather satchel with free felt insert to keep the bag standing upright. NOTE: There is no serial number under the "lock" logo inside. There is also no tag indicating where the bag was made. Google shows several articles that state this was more common with older bags. I'm guessing this bag is older due to rust and the metal zipper inside (the newer bags have a nylon inside zipper). Every piece of hardware, other than the ones I replaced with my own, has a Mulberry logo. Multiple repairs have been made by me - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: 1.) The original shoulder strap was lost. I made a new one from a full grain Levi's Made in USA leather belt and matching brushed brass lobster clasps. It is 1.5" thick and very comfortable when worn crossbody. 2.) The expansion strap buttons on the back have been replaced due to the old ones being rusted and hard to undo. To do this I unsewed the lining, screwed in the new buttons through the existing holes in the leather and resewed the lining. See photos. MEASUREMENTS: 9" tall, 13" wide, 6.5" deep, non-adjustable shoulder strap = 20" drop CONDITION:Average-good used condition with repairs, 7/10. Minor rust on hardware. Please examine all photos and see above for repairs done. I am an amateur leathercrafter who "rescues" found things - please keep this in mind when purchasing.
