The part number is 1116639 (D1442) , it is in group # 2.188 of the GM parts catalogs . It is unused and has been on my warehouse shelf since it was purchased from GM. The part is stamped 521 on the switch & D-R on the bakelite. According to GM It fits: 1963-1966 CHEVROLET TRUCK This switch appears to fit several odd models including a Rambler, so check the part number stamped on your switch. The part number may have been later superseded to fit other models, but this is the only correct application in the original listings.
