Refunds If the item is lost/broken, we insure all packages that have been labeled priority mail up to it's full value. This insures you get the full cost of the package, plus all of the shipping cost back in full. We will need evidence of the broken items, so if you could email pictures directly through eBay email and we can start the refund process. After the evidence has been sent of the broken items, I will shortly contact you and distribute the full refund. We only do partial refund on smaller items that are not priority mail.
