Description: This Stanley Bailey No 6 Fore Plane with a smooth bottom. Plane appears as found and in great condition. Plane is 18 inches long and cutter assembly is a 2 inch wide cut.The tote and knob are in great condition and appear to be original. The plane is marked Bailey in front of the knob and Made in USA behind he knob. Plane is embossed No 6 behind the tote. The lever cap is clearly embossed Stanley on the front and it works great. The cutter is 2 3/8 inches wide cut and is marked Stanley Made In USA at the top. The lateral adjuster is proper and works great and has the Stanley name on it. The frog is original and is complete and in great working order. The adjuster knob is in great order as well. The bottom of the plane is smooth and straight and the throat is in excellent condition.
