Description: For sale is a unique antique Antique Primitive cast iron hanging griddle. It posses a gate mark, which is a good indicator of it's early age. The cast iron surface is pitted giving it a very primitive look. It is exceptionally heavy and thick. over 18 lbs. One special point is that the bail or handle is solidly fixed or appears to be cast right into the ears of the griddle. Rare form. It is in excellent condition.
