Soaked in a lye bath then placed in an electrolysis tank for 24 hours. Seasoned 3x with grapeseed oil and baked in an oven at 475* each time to establish polymerization. Skillet sits flat. Beautiful cooking surface. No cracks or chips and ready to put back into service
