The shoulder straps go over the shoulder and crisscross over the exposed back, lacing through either side and tying together at the bottom like a corset.The skirt is full with three layers of stiff and gathered taffeta, with a small attached crinoline for extra volume. The ruffles are longer in the center of the front and back.This is made of a swishy, shiny dark green taffeta with a black iridescent shine.
