Description: A vintage Liberty of London laminated cotton peacock tote in their signature pattern “Hera” first introduced in the late 1880’s. Handles are long enough to wear over the shoulder and sturdy enough for carrying around laptops, books or grocery items. The original removable cardboard bottom is pristine. I purchased this as a gift in the 90’s from the flagship London store and recently found it in a closet. It has never been used. I only discovered the discoloration while taking pictures.
